Who Would Benefit?

The Serious Individual with a significant health and weight goal

  • The serious individual who is working towards a long-term goal with the understanding that incremental changes are required
  • An individual looking to lose substantial weight (15% or more of their body weight) to achieve better health and quality of life.

The Serious Individual with a small weight loss goal

  • This individual is close to their goal, looking to lose 10% or less of body weight and tighten things up.
  • Depending on their physique goals, one to two nutrition plans may be all these individuals need.

The serious individual who manages their weight with physique goals

  • This individual has no weight loss goals and manages their eating. They have managed their weight for 12 months or longer but have physique goals to look toned and fit by increasing muscle mass.
  • Depending on their physique goals, one Nutrition Plan may be all these individuals need.

** Follow-up 6-week Nutrition Plans & Cardio Assignments are encouraged to achieve incremental progress. The number required will depend on the long-term goal.

** A strength Training Routine (not included in the package) is strongly advised during the 6-week program

The Process

Upon checkout, the client will receive an email with a comprehensive Health Questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, the client will book their 60-minute session using the scheduling link provided. Please allow at least 3 days from the day you submit your health questionnaire to your scheduled session. Doing this allows me time to review the material and prepare for our 1-hour meeting.

The client will meet with me via ZOOM for their 60-minute Goals Assessment Consultation. In this meeting, I will review your questionnaire with you and discuss your long-term health and physique goals. We will discuss your current eating tendencies and exercise. I will gather your information to prepare for creating your 6-week Meal Plan and Cardio assignment. At the end of the meeting, we will set up your Follow-up Session.
Five to Seven days after the Goals Assessment Consultation, you will receive an email with your 6-week Nutrition Plan and Cardio Assignment. 
Once you are 7-10 days in on following your Nutrition Plan and Cardio Assignment, we will meet for the Follow-up Session to address any questions and make modifications if necessary.
