I have decided to try coaching out of pure curiosity, unsure if it was going to change something in my life. But it did!!!!!!!! I met Lena-Marie, through Tracy Hensel's advertising. I have felt drawn to her energy like a moth to a flame! I took the offering of a free discovery call, and I was hooked. We have such different backgrounds, different cultures, yet, we connected to well. She knew how to bridge that gap between us with an open heart, open mind, and the biggest smile! And her positivity was so contagious! We started with an ELI assessment and soon after with a debrief, and I have become accustomed to all the energy levels. If you are willing to do the work, Lena-Marie will be there for you 200% She loves people and it shows! Our 12 sessions passed so fast... In our initial session, we set some goals, and she kept me on track so that I can achieve them. She gave me some very interesting homework, that gave me much more clarity in what I want and how to get it. We worked on my gremlin messages and how to reframe them, how to be kinder to myself, love myself more. In my search to find somebody else, to find a partner, I have found myself. And the biggest gift that you can give to another human being: to help them become more of themselves, to help them step into their power but also to truly hear and listen to them. This is the gift that she gave to me. I have felt like she held my hand during this program. I had my challenges and at some point, I have felt that I have hit a brick wall, because of my limiting beliefs, and she helped me overcome them. She truly helped me in shifting my perspective and be nicer to myself, when I had all that negative self-talk. An eye-opening experience, that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone that would like to improve their lives even a little bit.
