Today’s youth face new challenges from ever-changing technology, increasingly busy schedules, and constantly shifting social norms. Now more than ever, having strong self-esteem and resilience is critical. Parents must provide their children with a solid foundation to equip them to succeed in this fast-paced, ever-changing world.

This workshop is comprised of two classes: 

Class 1: A pre-recorded video that will be emailed to participants on Wednesday, January 1st at 1:00 p.m. EST

Class 2: A VIRTUAL online Q&A class that will be held on Sunday, January 5th at 1 p.m. EST

In the Pre-recorded class, I share valuable wisdom gained over 32 years of parenting five daughters, who are now thriving, successful adults. The topics touched on come from requests made by my online viewers and clients. I will share what I felt served my children and what I would do differently today.

Facilitator - Tracy Hensel

Tracy is a globally experienced Life Coach with 17 years of experience working with individuals embarking on significant life steps. Living a Mastery Life is Tracy’s hallmark. As a Motivational Leader and Speaker, Tracy paves a roadmap of what life can look like when so intentionally curated. Through Tracy’s professional influence, people are equipped with what it takes to create a balanced and rewarding life,  how they see it. She coaches her clients at a high level of excellence that packs a punch! 

Tracy is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. She completed her coaching, the ELI-Master Practitioner, and COR.E Dynamics Transitions Specialist certification at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
