Tracy is the founder & Visionary of Tracy Hensel (https://www.tracyhensel.com) and Hensel Coaching and Consulting. Being a Fearless Motivational Speaker and Self-Discipline Strategist, Tracy’s ultimate goal is to make a transformational difference in the lives of her clients and businesses.

She has had the distinct pleasure of coaching clients nationally and internationally. Tracy is also well known throughout the YouTube community and has reached over 200,000 subscribers. By sharing her skills, empowerment workshops, and experiential coaching, Tracy’s viewers and clients have yielded tremendous individual transformation.

Hi there! I am Kelsey. I am a Certified Professional Coach living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I love working with people that are ready to ask more questions, cut through ambiguity and clutter and find clarity in their lives. Having had my own journey of self-discovery, transformation and rebirth, I am here to share my experiences, intuition, tools and resources with you to remove obstacles, live authentically and reach your goals.

My coaching has been described by clients as moving, intuitive, non-judgemental and empowering. As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Designer and Business Owner I am here as your guide and partner in creation and clarity.

Lena-Marie Gilbert grew up thinking she would be married by 22, with 3 kids and a cat by 28. None of that happened (besides the cat!) and she’s ok with that! As a child, Lena-Marie considered herself to be a hopeless romantic and would often spend her nights daydreaming of the perfect man, the perfect career, the perfect house, the perfect family.

Everything had to be perfect.

Born and raised in NYC, Lena-Marie graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama. In 2013 she decided to put her acting ambitions on pause in order to pursue a career as a Real Estate Professional.

However, things still weren’t quite perfect.

So in 2019 she started her Certified Life Coaching journey where she focused on her limiting beliefs on perfection, men, and sex. She is a true believer in healing from the inside and strengthening the relationship you have with myself. This is just the beginning of her journey.
